Spouses, family members and friends who are acting as caregivers for a loved one are invited to participate. The group provides a warm environment offering support and strategies to address the unique needs and stresses of caregiving. Facilitated by CBH Partner Jane Zeiger, LCSW.

This session meets six times from November 6 to January 22, 2020. $60 for all six sessions; RSVP recommended.
