MEDITATION and TEACHING this week: “The Power of the Spiritual Community”
This is an interfaith meditation group rooted in mindfulness practice and teachings of wisdom and compassion. Rabbi Seth Castleman leads the group. Open to all: people of all faith traditions and people of no faith tradition, dedicated practitioners and people new to meditation. All group activities are free; donations are welcome, but not required. Chairs, benches and a few sitting cushions are provided, or bring your own cushion or bench, if you wish.
