Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is more than a meditation class and more than a stress reduction class. This program is an 8-week exploration of mindfulness that can touch every aspect of one’s life. This first evening of this session is an orientation that is open to everyone at no charge. The class starts at 6:45 and finishes at 9:15 p.m. Those interested in taking the class can visit stressreductionprograms.com for an enrollment form and tuition information. (There is a chance the class may fill up early.)
Instructor Denise Dempsey has been teaching since 2003 and has led over 100 8-week classes.
