Chanting/Contemplative Shabbat is a monthly opportunity to experience a more personal relationship with the Divine as you celebrate and observe Shabbat. It is a Renewal-style Torah service, with three aliyot and no haftarah reading.
We hope that you will consider joining us this Saturday morning as we explore the theme of opening the eyes to Divine messengers. As usual, we will begin with a short recap of the parashah, Vayera, followed by our kavannah, our intention, for the service. We encourage you to come on time so you don’t miss this piece – we do start at 10am sharp so that we can be finished on time.
Anyone who feels called by the kavannah provided is welcome to go up for the blessing. You may go up as many or as few times as you feel called.
We hope to see you there,
Carrie and Hallie
