This three session class taught by CBH partner and professional writer, Joe Landon, is intended to provide insight and structure for participants to write about their experience of “teshuvah” or “return” as we explore the meaning of the high holy days in our lives during the month of Elul.
No prior writing experience is necessary to participate in this group and there is no expectation of ‘greatness’ from its participants. Rather, writing is the tool intended to deepen our personal journey. Participants will be invited to share narrative writing, poetry, letters, songs, or anything else that represents our reflection and brings us closer to the meaning of the holidays for each of us.
