Religious & Hebrew School Registration
Our Sunday Religious School program is available to students in preschool (ages three and four) through seventh grade. Students in third through sixth grade also have the option to attend our Wednesday Hebrew School program.
Hebrew & Religious School, Teen Programs Annual Tuition 5786
The following are the tuition rates for the coming school year. These rates represent the Early Enrollment Discount offered during the enrollment launch from early July through mid-August. Approximately 90% of our families enroll during this time, allowing us to order appropriate supplies and finalize our planning. Once the early enrollment discount period ends, each tuition rate increases by $25.00 per student to cover additional expenses. The following modest tuition increases will allow us to provide our teachers with a minimal COLA increase and cover our expenses.
Religious School (Sunday morning)
Preschool Class $505.00
Kdg through Seventh Grade $750.00
Hebrew School (Wednesday afternoon)
Third through Sixth Grade $790.00
Alternative Schedule Program $1,080.00
alternative schedule supplemental fee of $295.00
Teen Programs
Keshet, Confirmation $400
DRTY $270
DRTY $295
The lower rate for DRTY is for any student currently enrolled in or graduated from Keshet and Confirmation.
Teens enrolling in DRTY for the year also receive DRTY merchandise. For teens not enrolling in DRTY, but paying for individual events, depending on the activity, the cost per event will be $25.00 to $35.00 to cover expenses. Merchandise may be available, depending on quantity ordered, for an additional fee.
Enrollment
Enrollment requires several components. Thank you for your patience and attention to these important steps.
In order to enroll your child(ren) in the Education & Youth Programs, you must be a Congregation Bet Haverim Partner in good standing. You should have recently received information about renewing your partnership. Please be sure to submit your Partnership Pledge Form prior to completing school registration. The CBH Partnership Form for 2025-26 is available here. If you are a new or prospective family, please contact the Director of Education for more information.
Enrollment in Education & Youth Programs also requires a completed Emergency Medical Information Form. The enrollment process requires an updated form for each child annually in order for us to have current information on file and provide medical authorization if needed. The Emergency Medical Information Form for 2025-26 is available here.
Payment Information
The final component of completing your registration for Hebrew and Religious School is the payment. To make our programs more financially accessible, you may choose to pay your entire balance at the time of enrollment or establish a monthly payment plan. All monthly installments must be received and your balance paid in full by May 1, 2026. Your first payment is required to complete your registration; this may be your first monthly installment or the entire balance due. Monthly installments may be paid by check or credit card. A completed 2025-2026 Credit Card Authorization Form is required to set up a monthly payment plan via credit card. A 3.5% processing fee for Credit Card payments will be billed to your account and calculated in the payments. Please contact the CBH Office and ask for Accounting for assistance in setting up a payment plan. To avoid processing fees, you may set up monthly installment check payments via your bank’s Bill Pay system.
Limited scholarship funds are available and Congregation Bet Haverim is strongly committed to making Jewish education available for all children, teens, and families. Please see our Scholarship Page for more information and to request financial support. Scholarship requests will be directed to our Executive Director and remain confidential. Please note that scholarship requests are due by August 28, 2025.
Please contact Ardyth Sokoler, Director of Education at school@bethaverim.org, or (530) 758-0842 with any questions about enrollment or our Education & Youth Programs.
