Learn to Play the Shofar! A 3-Part Workshop for All Ages
Join us for a fun and inspiring 3-part class where you’ll learn how to blow the shofar, learn the traditional calls, and discover the powerful history behind this ancient instrument. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just want to deepen your connection to the High Holidays, this hands-on series is for you!
What You’ll Learn:

Shofar Basics — How to make a sound, find your breath, and get comfortable with the instrument

, and Tekiah Gedolah -
The Story of the Shofar — Explore its origins, meaning in Jewish tradition, and how it continues to inspire today
Who Should Join?
Everyone! This class is open to all ages, and we especially encourage kids to give it a try. No musical experience necessary — just bring your curiosity and spirit.
Shofarot will be provided, or bring your own if you have one. Come make a joyful noise with us!
