This is an interfaith meditation group rooted in mindfulness practice and teachings of wisdom and compassion. Rabbi Seth Castleman leads the group. Open to all: people of all faith traditions and people of no faith tradition, dedicated practitioners and people new to meditation. All group activities are free; donations are welcome, but not required.
